Jessica's
colorful and detailed artworks are made in
watercolor and colored pencils. Sometimes she uses
gouache, a more opaque type of watercolor paint.
On more rare occassions she is working in
acrylics. The
brand of watercolor paint is Winsor & Newton,
and the pencils are Derwents, which are used after
the painting is finished for highlighting chosen
areas and to deepen shadows and sharpening up
details. Jessica
uses a Swedish brand of watercolorpaper, with a
very fine grain that responds well to small detail
painting.
